Management is a joke, HR is a joke, and the entire company is a sinking ship. They do not care about the employees and you are just a body. Management has been known to say that everyone is replaceable and employees are treated as such. Adequate training is non existent. It continues to get worse and almost the entire work force has less than 1 year experience there. The pay is not comparable to the surrounding areas and to the work load. They want experience but are not will to pay for it. And instead of getting rid of dead weight, they seems to get promoted thus creating worthless leaders. And knowledge doesn't get promoted or praised but the people who kiss butt seem to move on up. Also, movement for growth and career opportunities within the company are stopped and hindered. I could go on and on but trust me, find another hot mess pharmaceutical company that will pay more to endure the abuse you will get here.

Executive Management is lost to the most simple of tasks. No vision for a future and constantly managing the stock price rather than growing a solid company. Pessimistic attitude makes it hard to believe in what you're doing. Huge mistakes made be senior leadership and they have cycled middle management when accountability needs to be addressed at the very top.
