      High concentration of top developers and managers. The company values its people and creates excellent conditions for work. The company has a pleasant atmosphere, colleagues are free to share their experience. You can always get support for any issue.

      Pros

      MaxBill is a company where you come and don't feel as a newcomer. Team members have high professionalism help to understand the specifics and be integrated in the project. There are provided trainings for the new employees to be familiar with the company and it's products. Colleagues are always friendly and open for communication, problems-solving oriented. Personnel is the most valuable asset for the Company. It can be also seen by support for employees and their families during the war. The office has a good location, it's comfortable and cosy and has all of the conditions for the productive working. Salaries are reasonable, vacations are flexible.
