      the experience you gain from the projects are good reputation that you work in mawdoo3 good for the CV only You get salary on time

      Cons

      No benefits Very bad annual increase No overtime, they ask you to work after you finish working hours but they don’t pay you for it Work hard and you get a Thank you message no less no more Comparing to the market they pay you less
