Medical Aid Benefits after 1 year of working for them. Lots of opportunity to experience in different fields.
Cons
Unfriendly and nasty team members. Always trying to get you down for their own success. Sick leave gets taken from Anual leave if you dont supply them with doctors letter. They pay you way less than what you do for them - they have a habid of overworking their staff for low salaries. If they promote you to a higher position - but refuse to give a salary increase - after 3 months of no salary increase or title change on payslip you can expect to either get fired or retrenched. They do not take their employees mental health to heart. They tend to twist the truth...
