      New Management has turned the open culture into a keep quiet and do as your told. BK came in with all this energy but has killed what made Match such a great place to work. Instead of feeling like a valued professional, you are now just an employee who needs to be quiet and be happy you have a job. Working from home ending, Upper management not being clear and honest about their motives, oppressive culture.

      High school 2.0. The most popular vs the best at their job gets the promotion and the $$, even if they never show up. Almost every outcome will very dependent on who you report to. May are great in compensation, recognition, advancement, etc., but also a lot of managers have the attitude that its every man for himself, at the cost of their subordinates. what comes out of their mouths never matches the public financial filings.

      401k Match, Insurance Coverage, Training Stipend, ERGs, WFH office set up stipend

      Cons

      Upper Management (VP and above) does not value employees' happiness and wellbeing anymore. Layoffs, micromanaging executives, top-down RTO mandates, and a complete refusal by C-Suites to apply feedback from employees has lead to a steep decline in morale in late 2022/ and conintues into 2023.
