Pros

The program is brilliant and working with the students is very rewarding, would recommend program to all.

Cons

The manager continuously took out personal stress on staff and students, made use of emotional manipulation and resorted to unethical behavior when felt done-in.

You sit and do nothing since the computer does most of the work and once every so often if a student gets stuck you will go and assist them.

Cons

Unprofessional colleagues (they mainly hire university students) You have to work weekends since those are the days when the center is the busiest You dont get sick leave nor family responsibility leave, its simply no work no pay You dont get leave during the year, (unless its public holidays) The center closes in December so you wont get a salary then
