I applied for a position at MASS Analytics. Although I was not selected, the overall recruitment process was smooth and well organized. The process started with online assessments, followed by interview rounds. The HR manager was welcoming and professional, which made the experience pleasant. The technical interviews were challenging, but I genuinely enjoyed the process and appreciated the opportunity to engage in meaningful technical discussions with the team. Overall, it was a positive experience.

MASS is a great place to work in! What stands out most is the strong sense of teamwork; everyone shares the same values, goals, and genuine passion for their work. It’s also where I first discovered Marketing Mix Modeling, in a dynamic environment that’s always evolving through new tools and technologies.
