      They want what's best for me. They give me the personal time I need/want. The company is full of very smart people. The product is amazing.

      Very powerful distributed, parallelized, multi-model database

      Cons

      bridging the gap between MarkLogic server as a platform and end user development -- tooling. The ML Data Hub concept is a good one, but bridging ML server capabilities to end user application access not requiring detailed knowledge of ML technology itself is still a challenge.
