      Fast paced team environment with significant opportunity to develop personal and professional skills due to the high level of engagement required with tenants, clients and vendors. For me working for the owner is something very important and our CEO is engaged and committed to growing her business and team members development.

      It is only a con if a very fast paced fluid work environment is just not for you.
