Pros

Nothing Pros, they exploit their employees, very toxic culture

Cons

The founder's wife can call you at any time, regardless of working hours, and the founder is extremely toxic, constantly disrespecting their employees.

Pros

There are a lot of learning opportunities from peers and the founders. Knowledge sharing sessions helps the employees to not work in silos but know everything that goes behind the scenes of the MapUp. The salary offered is not in accordance to previous work experience but the candidates capabilities. The founders are readily available to help if it is required. Despite being a remote team the company makes sure that the employees bond well with each other.

Cons

The work timings are 10-10 but with breaks included so it didn't bother me much.

Pros

NONE NOTHING TO SAY ABOUT PROS

Cons

* Many of the positive reviews appear fake, likely intended to lure in new employees. * No work-life balance—expect long hours and unrealistic expectations with little to no appreciation. * Working here feels like a nightmare, with no room for growth or skill development. * Tasks are often repetitive and manual, adding little value to your career. * Senior employees frequently avoid responsibilities, leaving you to pick up the slack with no support. * Micromanagement is common, with senior staff nitpicking every detail, making tasks unnecessarily tedious. * Toxic company culture: most employees act like loyal followers, doing whatever the manager says without question, even if it’s unreasonable. * Independent thinking and ideas are discouraged; there’s no space for critical feedback or innovation. * Poor communication: when you need support or assistance, colleagues are often unresponsive and disappear. * Feedback is given daily but is frequently negative and unprofessional, making the environment demoralizing. * Some of the peoples are practically nonexistent—often unreachable during working hours, and it may take days to get a response, if they reply at all. * Limited resources and equipment: you’re only provided with a laptop and charger—no internet access, mouse, or other essential tools to ease your work, but you are expected to buy office essentials with your own money. * Management is disorganized and lacks any clear vision, often shifting goals and priorities without explanation. * The founders don’t care about your health; they just want to complete their work. THEY PRETEND TO CARE ABOUT YOU.
