This review is for India not for the German office. It is not a company it's hell, management is having ego problems and they ruin your life, Majority of the staff is local and incompetent still work as a lead, and manager. After 10-15 years also they don't know anything about their business. Don't have any growth opportunities. If you want to do career suicide then and then you can join this company. it's better to work on a contract basis but don't do a big mistake in joining. They are more concerned about with whom you spend time, with whom you're going to the cafeteria, oh god. They are taking advantage of german colleagues also, the german staff is very good but they don't have any idea about Aurangabad office politics
