Pros
1. Non-engineering team members are cheerful and motivating. 2. Somewhat good pay (still below market average). 3. Somewhat good benefits (10 Paid time off, 6 sick days, and local holidays as per your country max .12 days). semi-flexible working hours and fully-remote .
Cons
1. No good code/task documentation or code explanation. 2. Management is not very organized. 3. Toxic and stressful engineering environment (CEO called me out on public calls multiple times and even called me a liar, and a senior team member always made fun of me when I asked him a question). 4. Termination without a notice period and no compensation (even though the contract states that the terminated person should get either). 5. The current codebase quality and the seniors' skill levels are not the best I have seen. (I didn't learn much there). 6. 45-hour work week.
