- Middle management is pathetic - Upper management not qualified for their positions - Cloud? What's a cloud? No strategy! - No business plan for success - No long-term strategy other than selling IBM hardware - Treat employees as replaceable/expendable commodities - Clueless!!

Management team is a good old boys club. They love to reward and promote each other. Plenty of other places to work out there.
