Pros

Good collaboration among teammates Fun environment among teammates (just among teammates)

Cons

- Disrespectful CTO/CEO who rarely shows any respect to their subordinates. - Employees are expected to do everything perfectly. - High turnover rate - Unrealistic targets - No job security - Different opinions are not tolerated - Just always say "yes" for every assignments given and you will be just fine Please beware before applying to this company as the senior management desire lots of respect and expectations from his subordinates, but rarely show any to them.
