Pros

Small, fast-moving, dynamic environment. Ability to directly communicate with IT - senior management. Staff is friendly up to a certain extent. Table football in the hall.

Cons

Unprofessional, laid-back, low IT security, joke heros. First show as friendly but later slightly discriminatory towards towards other cultures or backgrounds. Either you are part of them or not. Lack of standards or processes. There is a lot to improve in terms of diversity if the company wants to grow.

Pros

I've worked here as a dev for over 10 years. Which probably tells you enough. Friendly, empowering, lots of scope for developer to make their own decisions and influence direction. Incredible list of clients (see www.maglabs.net) makes it more interesting than your average web dev job.

Cons

The West Drayton office gets a bit warm in the summer.
