1. Work life balance is something managers don't bother about. When you pack your bags, start to leave they will call you from behind asking for what you have done today? Please work for another hour and then leave. (First of its kind unprofessional way of treating employees I have witnessed)
2. Resource crunch is something which is asked available resources to handle, work more, more and more.... Because management can't plan the resources better but they have every right to bully you.
3. No quarterly manager feedback by employees to HR. HR meets are limited too, hence attrition is rising.
4. A person can work 10am to 10pm a day or two, but this kind of expectation for complete week is unrealistic.
5. Personal life killer, your wife/kids will keep calling you but that doesn't matter here.
