Can receive Apple certifications and training.
Cons
Very unprofessional management and working conditions. Worked many 9 hour days with no designated breaks of any kind. Very overworked and extremely underpaid.

Excellent place to work with great employees. Business is mainly built around Apple service and then sales. Prices and products are exactly the same as an Apple store but with friendlier more readily available staff so the sales experience is very pleasant and low-key, no pressure or demanding sales quotas, etc.
Cons
Owner who's very nice but at times a bit unstable due to some circumstances out of his control and some that are under his control. Management style needs to be worked on. Doesn't accept advice from others more knowledgeable due to unfounded yet present, low self-esteem issues. This is unfortunate because he's really a very nice person and fun to be around; until he's not.
