Pros

Nothing to mention, other than you can get a good picture of what a sick working enviroment looks like, just to be aware for your next opportunities.

Cons

- Νo respect to work/life balance -Rotten culture -No employer security: every once in a little while CEO proceeds with massive inhumane layoffs. There is a common belief in this organisation that you shall pay to work for them, rather than be paid, since your remuneration is organisation's name on your CV. - Rotten underqualified managerial team that nobody moves them, since top management selected them just to feed internal competition and antagonism - Knowledge never shared by managers across departments

The offices have nice garden.

Cons

Truly one of the best engines in the Greek market. Strong machine, burning low cost fuel and employees’ extra sweat. Fairly representing a group of many, introducing the new wave of modern capitalism. Well known characteristics of such machines: Lack of emotions, empathy and principles, results driven, never ending chase after numbers. The mode of operation is simple and based on one philosophy, all the parts are expendables. Do not share information or help the others be evolved, because as the rest are getting stronger, your position gets weaker and much easier replaceable. Lucky to work as part of such a machine, as the brand by itself adds value on your label for the after-market. Occasionally, putting in some oil may help selected parts, whose temperature starts to rise in alarming high level. Some additional oil and extra features for the bigger and more critical parts, to make them feel more complete. This allows bigger parts of the main equipment produce satisfactorily as units, but still not coupled together properly leads to constant striking between each other. Except from the fact that the leading parts cannot cooperate smoothly, bad vibrations are causing malfunctions to the total body of the equipment. New generation operators give commands remotely from their control room, no need for hand to hand connection. Parts that cannot keep up or do not want to follow the exhausting working pace are moved away from any interesting working procedure to the more boring and dirty processes, till they are tired and want to leave by their own. Another smart solution are the internship programs, low cost but high quality parts, making all the hard work and easily thrown away in case any of them does not match the expectations. In reality, the absence of the human factor lowers the machine’s efficiency and limits its long-term potentials. This is something that the optimization algorithms of well suited strategy consultants cannot figure out. Fun Fact: Systems that are proudly promoting the new trend of sustainability, cannot even be sustainable for their own people.
