Simple structure, company not well developed so you can establish your own processes
Cons
They will promise a list of things to attract you inside the company, once you are there everything is different. Example, promised me incredible tools to execute my job and establish strong processes inside the company, reality, everything done trough simple excel sheets, they use a portfolio management system that is actually a CRM. In over 2 years inside the company never had a performance review, no room or direction to grow, promised reallocation to new and better office, instead moved us to a smaller and worse office. Company takes poor investment decisions, Poor performance of portfolios
