      Dedicated therapists who stick with the company despite it’s short comings

      Cons

      There are A LOT of upper admin issues here that make it difficult to do your job correctly. Admin does not take accountability for the negative consequences that come with knee-jerk reactions, lack of training, poor company culture, and not knowing the reality of what’s going on on the ground level. Like another review mentions there are favorites Will try to combine roles and over-work employees which creates a huge issue with work/life/stress balance.
