      If, You do not want to work for the best European Cleantech company (TechRocketship Award, 2022) do not apply/work for this comany You do not want to be voted as European Woman in Energy (2023 European Sustainable Energy Week), do not aplly/work for this company You do not want to publish scientific papers, be inventor in patents, be speaker in high level events, perform paid training secondments all over Europe do not work/apply for this company You do not want to perform your Master or PhD Thesis, within your working hours paid by the company do not work/apply for this company You want to be 8 hours per day scrolling Instagram/Facebook/Linkedin, do not apply/work for this company. By the term life/working balance, you mean that you do not to want to work at all and being agree that other people are promoted/have better quality of life because they are committed to an objective, do not apply/work for this company

      Working in such competitive , high level industrial Research & Innovation environment is an excellent opportunity for young and mature chemists/ chemical engineers, interested in applying scientific knowledge and creativity to environmental related projects. Refer to company's site for more cutting edge technologies Strong collaboration with EU and UK Academia and Research and Technology with Institutions. If you want to meet Industry Key Players and Academia Experts from local and European ecosystem, there is no other place to attend scietific lectures and workshop . It is the right place to develop and improve technical skills and improve soft managerial and communication and creativity skills. Lots of travelling opportunities in European cities, for Project meetings (all expenses covered by the company even before traveling). Overall, after 8 years in MONOLITHOS, beginning as a Research Associate, I have grown technically and professionally, making the most out of the opportunities that I was given from the Owners of the company, who supported me in my role , while I was also growing my family through these years.

      Lack of parking places . If you arrive later than 09:10, there is no chance for finding one close to the company.

      There are no Pros in this company.

      They tell you that you won't work from home, but their demands exceed the working hours and force you to work overtime and weekends. They tell you to take initiative and as soon as you something, they blame you. It's a completely toxic environment, which comes from the owners. Employees leave in less than a year the company, unless they join the toxic environment. The bosses bullied the employees and had no idea about the real job. If you achieve a goal, they minimize it to avoid any raise. They force you to travel only on cheap cheap flights, even at nights, and thwy don't pay other transportation costs, such as taxi, even if there is no other option. The salary is minimal for thw actual working hours. The promised opportunites are fake and this company is just a prison fron every employee. They get toxic employees to write good reviews.
