      Good a team work in carrying out the work in our crew. Mutual respect among fellow workers. Companies very concerned about the safety of workers.

      there is no clarity to workers when the resumption of work after the crew sign off.

      honestly, I really can't think of anything! I guess friday drinks...

      Cons

      strange management and HR procedures. high turnover, but it doesn't seem like the company are looking into reasons why there is high turnover in particular roles and what they can do to reduce it. Minimal training in the role and support, pretty much thrown in the deep end. Parking! the free all day parking is gone by 8am so you will need to park in the 4hr parking or pay. Beware of the parking inspectors! They love to give you a fine for anything and everything! I felt like I was constantly being watched and criticised
