      Pros

      - Fun environment to work and great co-workers. - Good hours and low stress. - Great orientation experience. - Good support for new employees. - Good benefits. This is one of the best places I have worked in the past 17 years in healthcare. There is so much support for a new employee. Milan has one of the best orientation experiences I have ever experienced in my career as an RN and APRN. My co-workers are awesome and so fun to work with everyday. I love what I do and look forward to working with Milan for many years to come.

      I have no cons after starting work for Milan. This is truly one of the best companies I have worked for in my career.
