      Pros

      I worked with SOME of the most competent people ever. We had great teamwork and worked hard to keep the company headed in the right direction. Good policies and procedures in place and Quality system.

      Cons

      Being a Norwegian company was a problem. They look out for their own nationality and do not have a good grasp of US business or how to treat the customer or own employees,. Rarely do they listen to US management, and a great deal of money was lost due to poor decisions made by Norway.
