      Very Unprofessional Management Team - BEWARE

      There is potential to earn good bonus

      When you leave MBN's management take it very personally. BEWARE. Michael Young emails your new boss and effectively tries to ensure you lose your new job before you even start. He also sends texts to you. I would AVOID.

      None. Except meeting other people who found themselves forced to work for this horrible company.

      Cons

      It will drain life out of you. Worst Department Managers in the world. Incompetent, corrupt and above all of that: no over time and no respect to employees.

      Pros

      You are given all the freedom and opportunity in the world to make a success of yourself here and there is a clear, laid out career ladder to pursue. Great commission and I doubt you will work with a nicer bunch of people.

      Cons

      Still a growing organisation so could use some more structure at times. That being said that could well go into the Pro category most times!
