Pros
Little to no office politics. Everyone works together to provide excellent products and customer service. Operate in a niche market for scientists worldwide. PhD's on staff; high level of intellect company-wide. Word-of-mouth marketing and repeat business. Only company I have worked in where we jump on customer problems, solve them regardless of customer's status--no quibble white glove service. Work-life balance is encouraged. Chair massages every Friday. Great benefits.
Cons
No real downsides. Always things we can work on, but no need to mention them here.

Work can be incredibly engaging with a lot of options for learning new things about the field and taking on new responsibilities.
Cons
Very little process. Benefits aren't the best (but not terrible).
