1. MAZ sets wrong example & deviates from it's value's, For instance like freelancing, the company CEO is also a professor at some university (just google). But an employee can be fired if found doing stuff not related to MAZ !!!!
The whole company lack's to abide by the policies and have utter disregard to their values.
2. Random policy changes mostly before the start of performance review so do not expect any good hike after a year.

5. Policies in MAZ just fill ego's and do not contribute to employee wellness.
6. MAZ has the habit of hiring & if they feel un-satisfied, with your work or work ethic's like going out for tea,cig's, they start to find flaw's in you. They just do it because they have to have the HR department up & running.
7. Notice period pay checks have unfortunate deduction's.
8. HR is not available for grievances after employee exit.
9. During notice period, HR threat's to malign your reputation to your future employer's after exit, if you ask too many questions.
