Upper Management shows favortism towards one ethnic group and towards the people that are lazy, rude and disrespectful, while the good workers gets treated like a piece of poop. Sexual harrassment is allowed by a Supervisor.

Favoritism goes on, poor management, fire for almost anything, messy environment, HR is very unfair, drama daily and argumentative employees!
