Pros
- Learning Opportunities are Great. - Friendly Staff and Coworkers. Not Toxic. - If you done well, you will be greatly rewarded.
Cons
- Feedback is often ignored, no follow up on it - Management is unappreciative of what you do and naive. - Management will act as if they care when they don't. - Very few Company Outings and Events. Just work, work, work. - Low Salary. Pay Increments are few and far between. - No Unified Goal and Vision. - Workload is High. Be prepared to spend long hours - If you do well, expect to be given most of the work, while your coworkers may be given a little - OT compensation is unreliable - No additional Public Holidays, if you work 5 days a week and the PH lands on a Saturday, no day off/salary in lieu.
