High Turnover, Minimal Training, Poor Resourcing

Pros

The majority of the people there are nice to work with.

Cons

Due to significant staff turnover and limited redundancy within business functions, employees are frequently required to take on responsibilities outside of their defined roles, which in itself, can contribute to further turnover. Training on the ERP system is minimal and on some aspects, non-existent. There is a lack of established processes, procedures, and policies. The organizational culture tends to focus on assigning blame rather than fostering accountability. The ERP system M2P uses is difficult and appears to be designed for an organization with more extensive resources. Given the limited staffing support, data is often poorly maintained, leading to frequent issues and errors, as many projects are either not fully or accurately configured. The worst part about M2P is the nasty rumor mill that permeates the company’s culture starting from the top. Sometimes I dread waking up to go to work as I have to be aware of who I talk to and what’s being said behind closed doors or over at the pub.
