      Pros

      Employees are passionate but this company is a disaster.

      Cons

      First of all, management has zero experience and is embarrassingly apathetic to the concerns of their team. They display themselves as kind and honest but are unhelpful, and dishonest, do not listen to our concerns, and lack integrity. There is no true vision for this company. My advice: DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR OFFER.

      Not exactly a friendly environment but there are decent professional colleagues.

      Cons

      No one actually listens to employees and refuse every suggestion we make. Management demands something that' impossible and arrogantly thinks they could just blame everything on us employees!
