Pros
Give you freedom to do your work accurately. Treat you well. Takes care of their employees. Kitchen is always full of snacks, Specially during tax season, it was like having party every week. Super organized. Rated best in San Diego area. You are encouraged to take breaks in between.
Cons
If you are like me who is always few minutes late to work or gets there too early, this may be a frustrating experience for you. I loved the fact that I am free at 5pm but I prefer little flexibility. I think it was more of my problem than company's. They want everyone to come at the same time and leave at the same time.

Good Medical benefits is the only pro I can find
Cons
Hostile work environment, employees are treated like they are worthless and stupid. Family members are treated differently than rest of the staff. No real training is provided. They don't give raises. They hire and fire people in the same week. Morale is terrible. Work load is excessive and they don't want you to work any overtime to get the work accomplished and deadlines met.
