      Pros

      The owners truly care about their employees. They place value on having a positive work environment and the overall well-being of their staff. It's actually a nice place to come to work and they're flexible enough to understand that family is a priority. We are small, but there is a family room for kids if we need to bring them to work for any reason. A growing company, with steady future growth projected. Very solid financially. Great benefits. Free parking. Great location - easy to get anywhere.

      Cons

      We need a treadmill onsite to offset all the snacks..

      Pros

      This company really cares about their employees. The people are brilliant, friendly and fun, and the benefits are unparalleled. I also appreciate the challenging, diverse work and the flexible schedule/WFH options.

      Cons

      As I expect happened with most companies, working during a global pandemic meant we had to adapt and change some of our strategies, and it meant we weren't able to be together in person. But now that the world is opening up again, I'm so grateful we can all be together again in the office.
