Very toxic work culture Leadership expect you to be available 24*7. Not responding within short time results in strong worded messages No value for personal life. Employees treated as bonded labor. Panic button is always ON. Suffocating environment. No directions given by leadership. Super micro management. Leadership is arrogant and rude at times. Any upward feedback is taken on ego.

ZERO IDEA OF WHAT TO DO

- Attrition is so high that they will hire you very easily

Cons

- No Ethics (They spike their reviews through non ethical means). They are even buying Glassdoor reviews to fool others. You can get in touch with any current employee and you will get to know what a mess it is. - Leadership with no direction - Big boss has no clue on what to be done - Expected to work seven days a week

Nothing good to say about the company

Cons

1) Salary is given on 14th 2) Company does not give you basic amenities like chairs, clean drinking water, internet, laptop 3) Management and ceo is non technical, they dont understand and value your work 4) They dont hire people in order to save money 5) ceo expects that everyone should work 24x7
