POS system barely work, no real training provided, no standardized practices, workspace is unclean and unhealthy, no safety protocols, and there is alot of wage theft happening in the form of unpaid overtime.

Worked here for several years. The in-store team was fantastic, but upper management created a toxic environment—unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to take accountability. Issues were ignored, rumours spread, staff mistreated and even wrongfully terminated without any proper investigation or support. I have never encountered such poor higher management and would recommend steering clear of this company - they are trying to franchise the stores for a reason.
