Depends on your preference/outlook - due to the nature of start-ups there's a lot of change.
Amazing culture, parent-friendly, lovely office, trusting, smart and fun colleagues, inspiring CEO. Not to mention free fruit, coffee/tea, beer, etc.
I've been here for 3 months and I already feel like I've been here for years. It's fast-paced, you won't get bored.

The company is growing fast and so there are a lot of new names to learn!
The company has an amazing collaborative culture, everyone is always willing to help and teach you. I feel that I am learning a lot here.
