Pros

Only real positives are the employee discount and the team vibe—other than that, I can’t think of anything else.

Cons

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel this experience is worth sharing. In 2026, when most companies are leveraging technology and AI to improve efficiency, this company still operates in what feels like a very outdated, “stone-age” system. Many core processes—such as cycle counts, shipping items to customers, and daily inventory tracking—are done entirely by hand. This includes extensive handwritten documentation on a daily basis. Not only is this time-consuming, but it also feels inefficient and unnecessary given the tools available today. Instead of streamlining operations through digital systems, employees are required to spend a significant amount of time on repetitive paperwork that could easily be automated. From my perspective, the company does not seem to be investing in modernization or improving operational efficiency. As a result, it’s difficult to see long-term growth or a future here, especially for employees who value innovation and productivity.

Pros

Fantastic company to work for initially before management was changed The brand has an incredible and rich history Beautiful watches with brilliant designs Other staff within Swatch Group and the service centre in Southampton were lovely and thoroughly enjoyable to work with

Cons

Employed selfish managers with zero skill or ability to actually manage and look after employees. Managers who created an extremely toxic and stressful work environment that affected mental health, self esteem and morale by bullying and lying constantly (this was felt across the entire team and upper management seemed oblivious and did not care when told) This was also the reason several people resigned Almost no training or care towards staff and employed several new people only to lay off the entire team within a few months! Long hours with little reward or appreciation Archaic and outdated systems that are frankly embarrassing for a global brand
