      Hire fast, good office, nice HR

      Cons

      No onboarding structure. Firefighting, pointing fingers, and judging each other, even though the agreement was for remote work, the Hiring Manager was demanding to come to the office. No proper explanation of the ongoing process but too much expectation from the new employee.

      1. Really experienced team that has successfully built companies before. You don't get a lot of the growing pains that typical early stage startups might have. 2. Awesome market opportunity and great product market fit. Company was founded based on an existing ask from the market, so the company was able to hit the ground running on both product and GTM side 3. Fun team to work with!

      Cons

      Nothing major at the moment- excited to keep building something great!
