Most of colleague is very intelligent and competitive, you need to keep yourself up to date. Less pay rises and no bonus. Benefit offered quite less and only cover bare minimum.

Nothing to make a big fuss about

Can be a little bit silo'd so you have to know who is who to get things moving sometimes. Are starting to want more and more days in office (set days means its really busy on those days).

There is not much I can think of

Racist Managers, Racist heads all the way to the top People use authority to target employees and use power Petty "yes man" heads who agree to everything Forced to work late evening, no work life balance Micromanaged, work is monitored and heads build up cases to back themselves in any event. Company uses useless tactics to prevent anyone finding the truth rather than trying to understand the root problem. Company has no value and does not treat any employees with respect People at the top have zero experience - when they are found and removed it is evident that all their accomplishments have been made by others The only way to succeed in this company is if you look and talk and specific way

No downsides in my role, love everything about working in this company.
