Pros

1. Entirely a marketing gimmick company. They will make you tag banyans and underwear companies also on their workations for marketing LogiNext and If you dont do it, they will cut your salaries. They just take you for workations because they want to show to prospective candidates, what great a company they are.. but once you join in.. welcome to the Cons Section below.

Cons

No Values, No Ethos, No Professionalism in the company. The Culture is Horrendous.. Most pathetic company to work for. Do not fall prey to the Linked In Gimmicks that the marketing team puts via Fancy Posts on Social Media Sites. 2. If you want to Screw your happiness go and join this company. If you want to work in a LALA Company go and work for this company. If you want your family life to be screwed, go and enjoy the work life in this company. 3. CTO was fired randomly on Nov 22, 2021, company made a fake CTO profile on LinkedIn just to show the prospective employees that a CTO exists for this tech company. CEO is the most abusive person who does not have any respect for any of the employees. 4. They made extend my notice period itself for 5 months. Just imagine which company in this world makes one extend his /her notice period for 5 months. If I had refused, the CEO threatened me with dire consequences or marking the status as terminated in the system. 5. They ask the HR Team to not answer any background check calls once employee leaves and goes to any other organization. All this due at the behest of 1 person in the company. Micromanagement to the Nth level is the Culture of the Company. The management specifically the CEO feels, he is the owner of linkedin and owner of all his clients companies as wells. He along with the IT team will snoop of every email that employee sends, or any employees receives. They will read Hangout Conversations also - Just imagine.. The level of snooping they do. Does not care for the sentiments of the employees, does not care for the clients, just want to do things in his own way.. Harasses employees to the next level. They really dont know where they are heading for. Just search youtube videos and you will find the abusive video out there. If you are unable to search or find the video, ask the ex-employees, who can give lots of information around this. Ask the earlier Marketing employees, Engineering Employees , Software Development employees and you will not find a single employee who can deny this abusive and horrendous culture. The company just terminates employees or asks employees to even leave just because they start exploring other job opportunities. What a self centered, egoistic and a disgusting company to work for. They will threaten employees with dire consequences if they do post something that is not in the interest of the company on LinkedIn and other social media sites. On the product side - Look at the google reviews on playstore on the app. You will realize what a disgusting product they have made for the drivers who go onground. Product Team itself is run by Egos at the helm without any knowledge of how the product works or is to be developed.

Pros

Free yearly Workaction (Hidden agenda - getting trended on social media and lure interview candidates) Can learn few latest technology and have good client base so definitely a good learning curve Compensated well - (But never ever compromise on salary negotiation when you join, because you will be squeezed out of juice anyway and also dragged for appraisal later irrespective of how good you have performed.)

Cons

Working hours - Minimum 10 hrs, if you miss the reporting time(10.30am) for more than 3 days in a month then half day salary will be deducted and the 3 day cycle will be continued. No compensation if you worked more than 10 / 12 / 14hrs. Weekend works are not compensated or no comp off. This is the place where you will be slogging a lot so if you have a family or looking for work life balance, better look out for another place. You can expect calls and conferences to join at 9 pm/10pm on weekdays. May asked to work on weekends, won't be compensated for the same. If you don't pick calls on weekends or late evenings you will see different levels of tantrums. So because of this, many good resources leave the company, hence there is huge imbalance in sharing the work-load and tight deadlines on top of that. There are few PM and VP whose favourite lines is “kuch bi kharo din mein karo raat mein karo this has to go live” that's the best they are capable of Notice Period - Even for Sr software engg(Overall 4-5 years experienced) they have 90 days notice period and it's very very very strict. So your hike your employment comes with a big risk here. If you try to negotiate or mess up during notice period, it can get really ugly(legally and internally). There are horrifying stories in that line. Salary - Salary wasn't an issue and will be credited every month. But if there is a delay in salary nobody will intimate you. You have to go and check and nobody will have a clear answer for the same. The night mare is when you are on notice period. You won't be paid from the day you have put in your notice period. So if you have put your paper on 15th January considering 90 days notice period and settlement date(45-60 days) after your last working day, you may get the FNF settlement in May or June. So you need a Six month back up :D :D :D Covid and WFH - This company had handled WFH and covid relaxation policies very badly. During Nov and December 2020 post covid relaxation when they opened, some of the employees didn't report back to work because of the covid scare and concern over families health. Their salary was deducted even though they were working from home. WFH was a night mare, and it took time to adapt across the globe, but here employees who had casualties at home are asked to work. If you took leave for more than two days you have to produce a doctor's certificate. There was no paid covid leaves, no compensation. The employees who were coming to office and identified covid+ later, their identity and status are not revealed. The status was hidden by the HR(aka the co-founders). So the possibility of getting infected was very high. Because of not so employee friendly policies, culture and very bad work life balance. People who appreciate that and who have self respect don't stay here for long.

Horrible Workplace

Pros

You can learn at the workplace but that is common at any workplace.

Cons

The attrition rate is over 25%, so this can tell you a lot! 1. Management doesn't know how to talk. The company has a lala culture. They berate the employees just to scare them so that they work in fear and pressure. The company feels pressure is the best way to get output hence sort to any means - shouting, privacy invasion, etc. to scare you. 2. Absolutely pathetic work culture. HR is the worst of the lot - They ask you to show linkedin account to confirm if you are looking out for jobs at other place. They monitor your personal activities as well. 3. Toxic boss culture- I feel this company has a competition to see who can be most toxic boss/managers. Shouting on employees is just general affair. 4. Instead of creating a supportive culture for excellence, this place believes in discouraging employees. They will try to break your confidence so that you loose confidence to leave the system.
