Pros
Nice people for the most part work here. Company can be flexible with work hours and some possibilities to work from home. Management *can* be generous upon occasion.
Cons
High stress environment, days spent putting out fires. management doesn't trust that employees know their jobs; LOTS of micromanaging. Lack of communication between departments. Difficult to take any time off, fewer vacation or sick time than average. Saw much burn out there.
