Pros

These absolutely have to be faked. This company laid off all but the essential staff about 3 months ago, and this was after being told that the future was looking fantastic a few weeks earlier. If you want the cesspool on your resume, apply here. Cramped quarters. Division of importance by floors - oh yeah you know what your are worth here. Constant bickering. Yelling and cussing at each other is part of the program, starting at the top. If you can stomach this place, the Marines will be a piece of cake.

Cons

It's all cons! Who would fire everyone, keep the most incompetent people and expect anyone to work for them?

Pros

LOVE the mission of this company and the flexible work environment. I never feel micro managed and am given the ability to take ownership of projects. The Executive team is always present and has an open door policy, making the line of communication open to anyone. The People Operations staff also puts together fun events that makes coming to work a joy!

Cons

Some people may not like a changing work environment (moving offices because we are outgrowing our space) but I love adapting to change.

Pros

This is the best software team that I have worked with in ten years of software development. Every day I go to work knowing that I'm helping to build some important software tools which are making a difference in patient's quality of care. The technical work we do as a team is challenging and exciting.

Cons

The company is growing quickly, so it's important to be comfortable with a high rate of change. Fortunately things are all moving in a strong and positive direction.

In the words of Jim Highsmith - “The essence of Agile movement rests on two foundational goals: delivering valuable products to customers and creating working environments in which people look forward to coming to work each day.” Thanks!
