As the years go on, more and more expectations are put on us. We are sometimes doing the work of two to three specialists. When brought to management, they do not care at all. We hear the managers giggling and see them getting lunch together while we drown in our cubicles. It’s very cliquey and toxic. Clients and clinicians get angry with us because we’re too busy to give them the attention they want (which is also unreasonable). Sales people treat us like slaves. Oh and they are doing quiet layoffs but telling us they aren’t doing layoffs.
