Lockheed Martin was, by far, the best job I ever had!!! It was a great place to work. Management was great. There is always room for advancement. I LOVED that Lockheed Martin offers a mentor program.
Good pay for a part time collage student. Position is simple and doesn't fallow you home. Overtime mostly available, and I enjoy the company of my shift.
Cons
Tenure pay is crazy, as a younger person picking up computer based systems is pretty easy, but I find myself baby sitting a 35-45 year old man, who quite frankly doesn't know how to do his job. Wouldn't have a problem with it but he gets paid much more than me.
