Business outlook
Pros
Small company allows agile development and creativity, growth POTENTIAL, if management listened. NIce SF office, located in the VC's space, which had a really nice coffee machine.
Cons
Management does not allow freedom of flexibility. Management is non-communicative and actually secretive. There were only 5 of us and often the CEO would not communicate her plans or idea or even location. In fact there were 2 managers and 3 employees, a bit top heavy.
