      Very Confused Management and Senior Team

      Pros

      Family run business that seems to genuinely care about some of the staff. Great location and premises. Some of the staff are really good people and the support team are superb

      Cons

      No strategy. Desire to grow the company and confusedsales tactics with a strategy (there is no strategy to say it again). One week focus is on one subject, next week change mind and look at something else, following week back to first idea. The owners work on the principle of "Magpie seeing a shiny object and grabbing it and then getting bored and finding something else". That is a quote from the current sales manager to me during a 1-2-1 on a Friday. If you want to be a self-starter it could possibly work but bear in mind they are, to quote a former employee, "volatile and chaotic".

      Ouch. Fair enough, you make some valid points. I'm very sorry we let you down, and hope you quickly find a more mature & structured company to work for. I'm sure you'll do a great job for them.

      Pros

      relaxed, disorientated and confused if your face fits you go nowhere while being paid sensibly everyone is a manager

      Cons

      employee value does not exist, they will resign you to a corner of the office soon as you voice a complaint If they dont sack you they will pay you off and say bye promotions exist to the corner of the office.

      Sorry that we made you feel this way. We will try to do better. We’ve definitely made some mistakes, had several staff issues as we’ve grown. Especially with the lack of traditional, corporate structure. However we intend to keep the flat management structure and entrepreneurial spirit. Because a lot of people love it in spite of the creative chaos. I will personally miss your creative mind - because it was definitely one of a kind. And once again I’m deeply sorry that we let you down.

      Great company to work for, offer flexibility to achieve a good work/life balance. Management are informative and forthcoming. A pleasant office environment and company culture.

      Growing company so constant change.
