Really incredible company. The owners are amazing people who really understand the needs of employees. The management genuinely cares about their people and the personal development of everyone.
They don't micro manage and really provide a professional environment. Beware though - they don't put up with crap and neither do other employees. Everyone cares about success.
Cons
It is a starting company that began only a few years ago - meaning perks often found at big corporate companies are not found here. The management team has discussed it but not yet.
