      Red Flag until you want some stability but in the process I want not to lose your confidence

      Pros

      You can learn a lot about sales. Login and logout timings are quite flexible.

      Cons

      I feel bad for the designers, salary which they get as according to the work which they do is nothing. They are completely sales centric, they don’t think for the clients, bothered more for their numbers. Regional head which they have hired have no sense of what to speak. No proper incentive structure for the designers and design managers. More than a design manager I have felt like i have been hired as an escalation manager.

      No vision. No growth. Yet to achieve product market fit. Clueless leadership and panic driven work culture. Toxic. No Growth. Salary disparity at same levels. No transparency.
