I feel bad for the designers, salary which they get as according to the work which they do is nothing. They are completely sales centric, they don’t think for the clients, bothered more for their numbers. Regional head which they have hired have no sense of what to speak. No proper incentive structure for the designers and design managers. More than a design manager I have felt like i have been hired as an escalation manager.
