      Pros

      • Hybrid arrangement - quite flexible. • It's amusing to see the only glowing review here coming straight from People Team - easily the most out-of-touch team in the company trying to convince everyone that everything is fine.

      Cons

      It takes a specific lack of self-awareness to drag a decade-old startup back to square one. The current management is proof that being at the top for a long time doesn't equal knowing how to manage people.
